“The control kit is well designed. Despite the shipping box coming apart during shipping the kit itself was not damaged. I only wish I could have selected the color of the Fuse Control wand. I don’t like the bronze color.”

We only have the option to choose either the Black Control Kit with a bronze fuse control wand and the White Control Kit with the holographic fuse control wand. There is an option to purchase an additional fuse control wand is available through our Luxe Box membership or from our on-line store.

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If they are just not adhering, usually something is off. “I hated it! It was uncomfortable and irritating and pulled a lot my natural lashes out. I requested for a refund and still no response. Please send directions to me on how to return it and get my refund.”

Hello! If applied and removed correctly, Lashify should never damage natural lashes. The system was designed to be non-damaging and gentle on your natural lashes. The bonds contain biotin and no harsh chemicals like formaldehyde or cyanoacrylates, and do not dry hard and remain flexible to allow for natural lash growth and movement. The Fuse Control wand has a patented horizontal clamp force that fuses with even force across your lashes so that you are not pinching certain ones too hard.
