“Love the look however I’ve tried three times now after watching tutorials, I think the glue I got is just not strong enough.. that is disappointing. I’ll have to purchase the stronger glue and hopefully that does the trick, not giving up yet!”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If they are just not adhering, usually something is off. Our products were formulated without harsh chemicals such as cyanoacrylates, latex, and formaldehyde and made for sensitive eyes, but we realize that some customers may still be super sensitive to any ingredient. “Models in advertisements have a spoili to apply the adhesive but when you order the kit a different applicator comes. I didn’t love these lashes as much as I wanted to, the are so incredibly fragile, when you remove them they tend to fall apart and as a result you cannot reuse them. The adhesive is really not that strong and I notice when I sleep they tend to separate within the same piece and no matter how much I brush it, it doesn’t come back to its original form. Way too much money for what you get, applicator is nice, packaging is nice, but the actual product...meh”

Sorry you don't love the product. We do have a 30 day return policy for the control kit. The kit is equipped with everything you need to experience the system, 2 bonds, 2 Gossamer cartridges in most commonly used sizes, the patented hand-made fuse control wand, Glass sealant, wandoms (silicone covers for your wand), hard travel case with a slightly magnified mirror, storage box, and detailed fold out instructions. It is well over its value. After purchasing the control kit, all you need to do is order the next lashes you want to try. After trying the sizes in the kit, you know exactly what to try next. The dual-sided Whisper Light bond has a micro-mascara applicator on one end and a pointed Aubex tip on the other end, making them perfect for different uses. Our educators and concierge are also available before and after purchase. Our Gossamers are designed to be very light and delicate.
