We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If they are just not adhering, usually something is off. Sometimes it can be what you are prepping with. You can reach out to us directly and get set up for a free 1:1 with one of our Educators. (Email: concierge@lashify.com). Usually it's one easy fix! “If you watch the tutorials, familiarize yourself w the product, accessories and new vocabulary you’ll be using... you can do this! First application was pretty cool, I had to reapply a few times, but it was my first attempt and any new task takes a bit of practice perfect. Figuring out your map is the hardest part... I’m going to order shorter lashes, the ones in my first kit were too long fur my face, but if you are worried it’s too hard... worry no more. Lashify makes this easy and I’m not a make-up type (chapstick and mascara are my thing) Thanks Lashify :heartbeat:”

You can purchase more Gossamer lashes and other products directly from the website. We also offer a subscription service, the Luxe Box membership which offers discounts of up to 50% on the Gossamers. If you are having problems with your application, I suggest arranging a complimentary 1:1 session with one of our educators who will help you to troubleshoot any issues. You can schedule one from the website under the "Getting Started" section or contact concierge.

“SO much faster than extensions (which I had for 1.5 years and then the damage to lashes was too much) & no pain whatsoever to put on!!! No laying on a hard table for hours... getting poked in the eyelid... burning of chemicals. Very Easy to apply!!!! Had them on in 10 mins on both eyes. And was ready to go out to dinner! Never going back to extensions”

“I LOVE LASHIFY!!!! I’m slowly but surely getting better at applying my lashes. My natural lashes are so fine, it’s difficult to attach in the corners. I received really great tips during my abbreviated 1 on 1. (I had to leave early.) I’m going to schedule another 1:1in a couple of weeks. I ordered “C” lashes in my kit, then I joined the Club and ordered A’s now I’m going to try B’s, it’s quite addicting...but I’m enjoying the Lashify ride!!! :black_heart:Thank you!:black_heart: P.S.
