“Love the look of these lashes, and love how I can do them from home at half the price. Still new to the application process, but wish they would last me longer. I will be doing a 1:1 soon to see what I am doing wrong. Still would buy again!”

“At first this product was very promising. Did all the steps. Applied them. And they stayed. Removed them that night. Washed. Used remover and could not get glue residue off. Then tried to reapply them and the just kept falling off throughout the day. Have not been able to get them to stick since. For $145 that should not be the case. I do not recommend.”

Our Melt Away remover will take off any residual bond from your lashes as well as remove the Gossamers. It's best to let the product sit on your eyes for 30 seconds to let it do it's work, rather than tugging at the natural lashes. When reapplying a set of Gossamer lashes, you need to make sure that your natural lashes are free of any oils and dirt, otherwise the efficacy of the bond will be compromised. Please bear in mind that the Gossamers weren't designed for re-use but our customers have managed to find a way to do so. “A little disappointed for how long they lasted. I wore them in a hot humid place and they just fell right off after one shower. Definitely didn’t last more then a two days. I would not use to replace lash extensions.”

The Gossamers are designed to be worn for 7 days on average. Steam and exposure to oils can affect the bond. When applied properly, some customers can get over 10 days wear using the Whisper Light bond from the Control Kit. Others find they need our stronger bond, Bondage which absorbs moisture and has anti-microbial properties. I suggest scheduling a complimentary 1:1session with one of the members of the education team. They will help you to troubleshoot your application.

“First, I LOVE THE KIT. However, I did not know I had the option to choose the type and size of lashes until AFTER I had received my kit. I think maybe more instruction regarding choice during the ordering process? It didn't stop me from getting on the Luxe program!”

We're happy to hear that you're enjoying the Control Kit! The Control Kit always comes with two cartridges of Gossamers in the Lengths of 12mm and 14mm as they are the most popular lengths. This places the customer in a better position to choose more lengths in the future.
