“It’s a must have, love this simple product. Always order with your Control Kit, a great investment that sets you up for success. I am a recycled teenager that has loved my lashes. I use all the products in the kit and the blow for long lasting lashes. Don’t skip the blow tool when purchasing.. My application is one coat whisper light, blow till tacky, come back with whisper light on just the base, blow, then dab clear, blow, place lashes. D 12’s all the way.”
