Hello, sorry to hear that your things didn't go as planned. When applied with one of our flexible bonds, Whisper Light or Bondage and fused with our patented fuse control wand, the Gossamers should stay on for 5-7 days on average. Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If they are just not adhering, usually something is off. Sometimes it can be what you are prepping with. You can reach out to us directly and get set up for a complimentary 1:1 with one of our Educators. (Email: concierge@lashify.com). Usually it's an easy fix! “I love these!!!!! Very easy to put on. Best decision I’ve ever made. It’s not easy for me to apply lash strips or the magnetic lashes. I had to give up lash extensions. So, when I tried lashify I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to put them on. Let me just say these are amazing and much easier to put on than you would think! I love these!!!!!”

“They are beautiful on, but definitely not 5-7 day wear if you wear full makeup. I cannot get them to last past one night, despite modifications to face washing /makeup removal. For the cost they are not really practical other than special events. I wanted to love them.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! If you are not getting the wear you want, it typically has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice, or trying some of our longevity techniques such as Lockdown or DefCon5. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashif.com).. “A's are my favorite in person lash. In pictures they are so subtle I prefer a little more but in person they brighten my face and make my eyes pop in a way that those around me just cant put their finger on. Its like having the best shoes, ring, hair color or watch in the room. All eyes are on you and but no one can figure out exactly why.”
