Hi there, We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If you are having trouble keeping them on, typically it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashif.com).. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 70,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

Hi there! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “Love love! There was definitely a learning curve for me on using them, but now that I’ve got the procedure down (thanks to all the Lashify videos online) I’m so pleased! They don’t irritate my sensitive eyes and I like how easy it is to change the look! Highly recommend!”
