“Love lashify however the fluffy ones hurt my eyes! The band it’s too thick and pokey! I have used a variety of different sets but would not get the fluffy again!!”

Hi! The spines on our volume Gossamers are wider compared to our core Gossamers. You should never be able to feel them regardless of which style you're wearing. Try placing them a fraction further away from the waterline and they should be ore comfortable.

Hi there! On average most wear their lashes for 5-7 days. If you are having trouble, it can be 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. “I bought these because reviews said the spines were stronger than Cs. At least three of them broke in half just trying to get them out of the case. I've also noticed they have a tendency to feel like they are poking you in the eye, but nothing is visible.”

Oh no! Sorry your lashes broke. Our Gossamer are very light and delicate. They have a thin "spine" at the base, which makes it possible to wear underneath with no damage. We suggest gently removing the lashes using your fingers. Grab the entire lash as close as you can to the base and gently pull. Hope this helps! “Love the Fluffly Gossamers! I bought 8s. Love them for an every day, no makeup, no fuss, "natural look." My husband has more than several times complimented my how pretty my eyes are. I laugh and tell him it's Lashify!”
