“First of all, I LOVE the Fluffies. Couple that with a beautiful chocolate brown and you’ve got the perfect cocktail for a blonde hair, fair skin, blue eyed girl like me. My favorite look is brown F14’s as a base stacked with B12’s. Gorgeous! I’ve attached a picture.”
