“Love them, don’t have to stack them but the color didn’t suit me. Way too light I’ll stick with the black ones. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars cause I just wasted $80. My friends brown lashes arrived before mine and I realized they are too light for my complexion so I asked to EXCHANGE them for products I would actually use. I was refused even though the packaged is sealed unopened so are the lashes sealed an unopened. I know it’s for hygiene reasons but the packaged is unopened and neither were the products. So BEWARE NO EXCHANGES or RETURNS which is a shame because you can’t really walk to a store and check these products out in real life. Wished they had proper customer service for customers and fans. They also claim that they don’t do exchanges because of package damage but they do send us these packages like doesn’t make sense but wte.”
