“I really needed to try the pre cleanse and melt away so decided to purchase this one. Melt away works so quick and easy to removes the bond You need such a small amount these bottles should last me months. T h e bag is nice and a perfect size for traveling. It can hold all the tools. I love using the puff to clean my face. It's very gentle and doesn't pull my lashes out. I will be buying more of these. It is a great extending kit to go along with the control kit. I have already bought a second control kit, but I can see myself buying this again, as well as another control kit. There is just so much value!! Love lashify! Love the variety of look u can do!”

“I love the lashes! They look very natural and remove easily with little to no rubbing. My only complaint is that my wand did not come with the small plastic or silicone on the curved end, and I have a very hard time fusing without the wand sticking and pulling the lashes off. I asked customer service and they wanted pictures of the kit when I received it and other ridiculous things that I dont have after all this time. I only knew I was missing them, from watching a youtube video months later. I wouldve paid for them, but I dont have time to try to find items that I threw away after I received my kit. I love them, but they are too expensive, and I've spent hundreds of dollars, just to get a run around when I asked if I was suppossed to have received them in the first place.”

Hi there! So sorry you missed the wandom packet in your kit. It does come in a small zip bag. Although it does help with stickiness, there are other options! You can simply wipe down the wand with some pre cleanse and problem solved! Stickiness on your wand, can also be an indication of too much bond on your lashes. We also suggest to wait and fuse after applying all your lashes, instead of fusing as you go. This also prevents bond from getting on your fuse control wand. Hope this helps!
