“I was very excited to try these after hearing such great reviews unfortunately that was not my experience. They clumped together and were very sticky. After one wear they fell to pieces and was not able to wear them again. much much too expensive for that. Im not sure if maybe there was something wrong with the glue or the lashes but bad experience all together.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a days wear! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. “It’s fairly cheap but I have zero delivery issues where I live and did not find it easy to turn package protection off so I got stuck paying for it when I didn’t want it. Furthermore I emailed concierge because all of my lash cash seems to have disappeared. It’s been weeks and no response.”
