“I am so disappointed! My lashes lasted exactly 2 days then fell off. I put no other makeup on or around them and with just a little water in the shower washing and rinsing my hair, they come off. I have the other glue that I paid extra for and no bueno. I spent $250 for all my goodies and I might as well wear mascara. My sister uses the big fluffy lashes and her’s lasts up to 2 weeks. I want a more natural look and they are so weak they just fall off. I have naturally long lashes but hate putting on mascara everyday or wearing lashes that are over the top. I don’t tug, use washcloth, scrubber, or anything around my eyes. Sometimes some will come off when I am sleeping on my back or side. Somehow the glue just isn’t working for me.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! If you are not getting the wear you want, it typically has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. If not, we are here to help! You can reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. “I’m obsessed. I love Lashify! I threw out my mascara and my other fake lashes. Never again. The best part is that it’s customizable for a regular day or when you want to be extra glam. I just wish they’d make a teeny control kit with space for 1-2 gossamers and a mini wand with a mini WL. Regardless if you’re on the fence just do it. You won’t regret it.”

“Really loving my lashes so far. They are easier to put on than I expected. I still haven't gotten them to last more than a 1-3 days, though. Hoping to try some new gossamers out soon and extend my wear!”
