Hi there! We are here to help! Typically this happens for one of 3 things.... what you are prepping with, placing on or too close to the waterline, or over bonding. Feel free to reach out to us, and get set up for a complimentary 1:1 with one of our educators, or join our Lashify Life FB group to get more tips and tricks from thousands of users who are successfully using the system. When removing, ensure you are not pulling. Use melt away and have them slide ride off!

“I have only tried them twice so far so don’t take this as gospel. I love the concept and I think once I get the hang of it I will be obsessed. Not something you can just throw on first time and have it look great imo”

“I have tried every magnetic lash line and growth serum out there, and I can stop now that I have used Lashify. Application sounded tricky, but ended up being simple. Practice makes perfect! They look real, feel like you have nothing on and are just as easy to remove.”

“This kit gives you everything you need for your Lashify journey. I went and added myself to the Lashify group on FB, watched endless tutorials, tips and tricks. When my kit came I took my time and applied my B's. There is always a learning curve for anything new. So I added some F's in my purchase as well and now I can't even believe I didn't try this sooner. I am not a subscriber in which I get to control how often and what I receive.”
