About as effective as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Nice idea but useless execution. They broke within minutes and constantly slipped off. I think there is a sound idea there but not this.

The concept is good but I think they lack robustness. The straps work loose. Instructions were poor. Mine broke on first used but a replacement was sent very fast direct from supplier

Well made product and makes it easy to aerate the lawn when watering the border plants in the garden.Feels strange at first but you soon learn how yo walk with them on.

Supplied with wrong straps but I sorted with Lawnsmiths supplier.

These work well. I have found using a stick for support or one shoe at a time easiest (since the spikes stick into the ground and then its easy to loose balance while stepping again).

Took a while to work out the straps did our own thing in the end. Walked around the garden in them and they worked well. I am not a big female but the spikes still sunk and the sandals stayed on over walking shoes (size 4)

The straps and buckles are not strong enough to sustain the withdrawal from the lawn.
