“Placed an order for £83 worth of fertilizer with Lawnsmith. They wanted a review two days later! When they did arrived one package had remedial packaging and one had split, giving some doubts about the integrity of the products but no doubts about the trial of mess it left through the house. On complaining I received a poor quality communication offering £8 compensation.”

I’m also sorry if the compensation didn’t meet your expectations. If the partial refund is not suffice, we do also offer to send a replacement to cover any loss of product.
