“I decided to go with this for our front lawn which had a very poor quality of soil and had been neglected for over a decade prior to us moving in. Its been over a year and Im pleased with the lush and hardy lawn its produced. Despite the conditions and limited sunlight on that area the lawn has flourished in little less than a year since it was sown. Does what it says in the product description. If you have poor soil this would be my recommendation - just read the product description research the component grass types and youd understand why its an ideal grass mix.”
