“I ordered the lace me up starter kit and the initial lash sealant I received had a fuzzy ball at the end of the wand. It was nice because it really helps get onto the lashes to truly create a seal. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it the next day, the ball already came off. I contacted customer service via email, and they were great. They sent me a replacement right away, which was much appreciated. However, upon opening the brand new sealant, the ball was already missing :(. Wish they can do something to fix this issue.”
