As for this product, my toes get cold and numb when fall arrives and temps dip to the 5 Celcius mark or colder. These Caps performed exactly as I had hoped - keeping my toes nice and warm on those cool autumn rides. The Caps are made of very high-quality materials. They were very easy to install and do not affect my ability to clip in and out of my pedals. They also supply a bit of additional grip when walking on slippery surfaces.
