we have purchased from yourselves before for this same purpose, unfortunately on this occasion they have arrived bent and squashed into four small boxes, when ask why apparently only orders above 35 units is kept straight for packaging , nowhere does it say this, we ordered 2m long that are now bent and kinked”

If the foam is purchased in smaller quantities (BIG BEN® Scaff Foam YELLOW 2m length - Pack 10 Lengths) they will be packed in multiple smaller boxes.
If you are unhappy with your product, then please do return to us and we will issue a refund for the items and protection fee.

Thank you for the delivery, which arrived safely. However I was very disappointed in packaging of the scaffold tubes, they arrived in two boxes containing 5 tubes each, unfortunately this meant that the tubes where bent in three places and not as one long unbent tube. As I wanted the tubes so I could provide protection in shorter lengths for to provide protection for rowing boats within our club house and on our boat trailer during transport I may end up having to waste some of the tube, which is not what I wanted. I was expecting the tubes to be sent in one package, without bends in them, I have tried to straighten them out and have managed to some extent, but they will need to be fastened together to store them.
Unfortuntely no one from the company has yet to reply to my email as to why they were sent squashed into a box.”
