“My wife originally ordered 3 jars of lanolin nipple balm for use as a lip protectant. She had moved to Legend's because the product she previously used came in plastic containers, but Legend's comes in glass containers with metal lids, and thus is totally recyclable. We are strident about avoiding plastic. I subsequently ordered 5 jars from Legend's for use on the chronically dry, cracked skin on my heels. Unfortunately the product arrived in a plasticized USPS priority pouch protected by plastic "peanuts" packing. It is not difficult to ship without using these materials, using recyclables instead, as many companies now do. The lanolin product itself was excellent, and I will probably order once more to see if they have changed their policy since I complained directly to them. If my order comes again shipped using plastic I will have to forego this great product. Thanks for using glass containers with metal lids! Try paper/cardboard envelopes with cellulose packing.”
