“Following a sleep consultation with James he arranged for my Pillow to be sent which is tailored to your size. I suffer with pain in my shoulder and neck due to poor posture, whilst it took me a few nights to get used to my new pillow, I have noticed a big improvement in my posture and reduction in pain. “After having bad experiences with numerous pillows from expensive International brands, I thought I'll give this non-memory foam pillow a try.
To begin with, I had with Pillow imported from UK to India. The delivery from DHL was quick.
I've had this pillow for close to 4 weeks now and the experience is neutral.
I'm a back sleeper and I ordered a 8" pillow after consultation with James.
This pillow was designed for side sleepers only. I tried sleeping on my back but experienced restlessness for 1-2 hours and only after changing my position to my side I'm able to get some sleep.
And this pillow is not designed for stomach sleepers as I generally try to sleep on my stomach, if the pillow is not supporting or uncomfortable in a back sleeping position.
This pillow is better than all the other pillows I tried giving me atleast 2-4 hours of interrupted sleep. I'm not mentioning uninterrupted here as I'm waking up to change sides

“I honestly did not know what to expect when I received this pillow. It looked so....well....FLAT. I couldn't imagine how it was going to help me sleep better and relieve neck and shoulder ache. However, when I lay on it for the first time, I was incredibly pleasantly suprised. It was so much more comfortable than it looked! As per the instructions that came with it, I persevered with the initial discomfort/restlessness from the new sleeping position. It did take me a few nights/up to a week or two to get used to sleeping at a lower angle, as I usually sleep with two pillows and my head higher than my shoulders. Once I'd got used to it, it suddenly felt like I was getting the best nights' sleep I'd ever had. I wasn't taking as long to get myself comfortable. Sleeping on my back became a joy and my side sleeping improved. I wasn't waking up with horrible neck and shoulder aches. I'm now a complete convert to this pillow and I wouldn't be without it! Its absolutely brilliant.”
