Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear the pillow hasn't met your size expectations. In our design process, we've learnt that there was no performance nor comfort benefit to increasing the size of the pillow, but it would have significantly driven the product price up (as we don't vacuum pack them), and so we've decided against it.
The biggest size of the pillow fills out a standard British pillowcase well, with slightly more loose fabric present with the smaller sizes. I completely appreciate this might be bothersome, and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We're of course happy to accept any returns made within the 44 night trial period.

“I’m 165cm and fall asleep on back turning to side occasionally during night. Ordered the small and after chatting to a friend who also has a pillow I ordered the medium to check the difference - the small was after all the correct website recommendation and perfect - I love it!”
“As most would be, I was hesitant to spend that much money on a pillow but gave in due to ongoing neck/back pain. Just like all the reviews said, it took a few days for the smell to go away (but to be expected with any new pillow/mattress/furniture). I would say it took just over a week to get used to the pillow but I can say it was 1000% worth it. I sleep well with no pain in the morning!”
