“I love my pillow and have been sleeping brilliantly since I got it! I hadn’t been sleeping very well, so thought I would give the pillow ago. It took me about 2 weeks to get used to it. After the first night of using the pillow, my neck and shoulders were not tight and tense when I woke up and haven't been since. “The first 2 nights were - an adjustment- it does feel very different to a conventional pillow. But my body quickly got used to my new pillow and it is definitely supporting my neck much better and also helping me sleep through the night and not waking up with back/neck pain anymore.
My partner is very pleased as I’ve also reduced snoring too (not the reason I bought the pillow but a happy bonus)
Only downside is it is a lot smaller than standard pillows so looks a bit funny in pillow cases but that is hardly an issue!”
“I think it was a good choice for me as a side sleeper trying to became more of a back sleeper for the sake of my spinal cord. It is impossible to sleep with your arm under it so also helps keeping the good posture in that way. Would recommend. Initially bought it because I moved and my current convo of matress + pillow was giving a lot of neck pain and compressing some nerves, I guess. Now when I wake up I feel more rested and no pain”
