“It's taken a bit of getting used to but I've started to sleep better through the night and am more mindful of my sleep position. The pillow is the perfect height for me so I no longer need to have my arm underneath my head. I still wake in the night but fall asleep faster, weirdly I've noticed the second time I wake I fall back asleep almost immediately. I think the pillow between the legs trick has been very helpful too!”
