“I struggle with insomnia and getting more than 3-4 hours of sleep regularly and over the course of ten years I’ve tried a plethora of pillows from the cheapest supermarket pancake to thick feather or foam pillows promising the best sleep ever. It never worked. Naturally I was very reluctant to believe that any pillow now could improve my sleep. “This is perfect. A lovely and comfortable pillow and well worth the money. I’ve spent £75 trying out a host of pillows that are nowhere near as comfortable. I recorded my snoring on one of the apps and the reader stated the level had dropped from 167 to 127 so it didn’t cure it completely but has helped reduce the noise. I would recommend this pillow for comfort alone.”

I have a nasal problem which causes snoring, but over the four weeks I have had the pillow she says I have never snored (or not enough to wake her anyway). I no longer wake up with numb fingers or a stiff neck.
Once I got the pillow it only took a few days to get use to sleeping on my side even though i have been a front sleeper all my life.
