It keeps your head in a flatter position than traditional pillows, so your airwaves automatically feel clearer and there's less chance of shifting around. Snoring has definitely improved too! Sometimes my ear feels a little bit squashed from the firmness and the fact that I'm not moving so much, but I can live with that for the improved posture and breathing.”
