I no longer wake up with numb fingers or a stiff neck.
Once I got the pillow it only took a few days to get use to sleeping on my side even though i have been a front sleeper all my life.

It's unfortunately typical of foam products in the UK to have the distinct smell, but as we've done a lot of work to air the pillows out in transit to the point where they arrive with us neutral, we're really sorry to hear about your experience.
