Our pillow is designed to offer proper support, which can feel quite different, and firmer, compared to a traditional soft pillow. That said, it absolutely shouldn’t be causing discomfort, so we’d love the chance to help find a better fit or offer some tips that might make it easier to adjust.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't great. I do need to clarify that Levitex foam is our own patented invention, and not memory foam, but I appreciate this might not bear much meaning to you.
The smell is unfortunately typical of UK market foam, but it does fully go away in time.

“It’s the right size for me and although thinner than I’m used to, actually provides really good support - firm on the inside and soft on the outside, feels comfortable. I’ve slept well with just 1 pillow now, for the first time ever. Only drawback is a smell from the manufacturing that’s taken a couple of weeks to dissipate.”
