“Bought the 12cm pillow, primarily to stop snoring. Worked really well from day 1, but it's important to have another (ordinary) pillow between knees and ankles for correct posture. Without that, the snoring doesn't seem to be hugely improved.
Usually, I snore most after consuming alcohol, but haven't had a chance to try it yet.
I'm not used to such a high pillow, but I'm adjusting to it.
As I live in Ireland, between delivery and then import charges/taxes, it cost me €130. Pity that the VAT cannot be removed at time of purchase so I didn't have to pay it twice.
Olivia was really helpful (and refunded me 10% of the price that I was unaware I was entitled to), and then I had an email from James as well.

Product: 5 stars, even a small reduction in snoring is a huge result for me (and my long-suffering wife!)
The only reason I took one star off to give 4 stars overall is the price, but again, it really worked for me as an anti-snoring measure.

“Pillow is very good so far. Usually takes me a while to get used to a new pillow and this one was an immediate ’yes’. I did hope it would help with snoring and that hasn’t happened. Other than that, the shape of the pillow - it tapers to a point at either end - is a bit odd. It means that if you aren’t in the middle then your head can roll down the slope. No obvious reason why it needs that.”
