“The quality of the pillow is really good, very pleased with it. The foam smell still slightly remains after a month, you get used to it though. I'd still recommend it as the quality is worth the price.”

“Very unlike my previous memory foam pillow where your head sinks into it. This one almost feels “spingy” in that it recovers its shape instantaneously when you lift your head and feels like it gives it more support.
I bought it in the hope it would fix my snoring (it didn’t for me), however I like the pillow so much, I have zero regrets despite the continued snoring and would highly recommend.”

“I ordered my pillow on November 30th (30 days ago) and I still have not received it. For the first order, allegedly the customs form fell off the package (I had to contact Levitex about this after I saw on DHL’s website it was being returned to sender two weeks after it was shipped). They claimed they sent a new one, but I never received a new tracking number and my requests for more information have gone unanswered. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it’s become a running joke whether my husband’s “Christmas Pillow” will ever arrive. We hope to maybe get it before Valentine’s Day? My plan was to buy myself one as well if my husband liked it, but I doubt we will be doing that at this point. I have now learned my lesson about ordering thinks I see on TikTok. I was charged for the pillow when I ordered it, so I will have to file a credit card dispute with the company if it doesn’t arrive soon.”
