“Very good pillow, my neck pain has improved significantly. 4/5 stars because I discovered that a small chunk of the pillow foam had been ripped off for no reason, and now there is a small hole under the cover.”

“It’s true that you need 2 weeks before you start feeling the benefit of this pillow. Few nights and days of stiff neck when I first started using it. 2 weeks later and I’m sleeping through with no neck issues as well. Mrs tells me I’m snoring a lot less as well. Very good quality that’s evident as soon as you take the pillow out of the box.”
“The pillow is lovely and supportive but despite airing it for days without a pillowcase on and buying it weeks ago the pillow still has a strong smell. I fear it will last forever! Can even smell it through a pillow protector and case. Shame because the pillow is great.”

It's unfortunately quite typical of UK-market foam - we have the strictest fire requirements in the world. It does go away fully and it should only get better from here now on.
