I tried the 12cm and then upgraded to the 14cm but even after 3 weeks I found it very uncomfortable.
I found it too hard and also having to change my sleep posture to accommodate the pillow was just not for me.”

We advise optimising your sleep posture not for the sake of the pillow, but rather to enable you to achieve the optimum position for sleep, which allows you to unlock the benefits of sleep posture. The pillow supports you and helps you stay in the position. I hope this makes sense - of course, we understand that it can sometimes take a while to get used to a new sleep posture.
