“I have only tried using my pillow once yesterday (my husband hasn’t used his yet) as the smell is still very bad, despite airing them out for at least a month now. I did not sleep well and had to change it back to my old pillow a few hours later as the smell was awful. Please advise what I should do”
“Despite ordering the exact size my experience was awful. The pillow gave me headaches and neck pain. The pillow has a terrible chemical smell which does not dissipate as promised. On 30th December 2021, I emailed James at Levitex (Who said he answered all the emails personally) and told him my experience. Sadly I have not received a reply. I am both disappointed with the product and the lack of response. This is a very high price to pay for an inferior product that does not provide the promises made in the advertisements.”
