“So far really bad, pillow made me snore even more, emailed about getting a size smaller, 2 weeks later someone came back saying yes thats ok, but they need the order number, which presumably should have been able to get from my email address, and now I've not heard back in another 2 weeks. So far bad product and terrible customer service.”
