Ordered 8 scooters on 12/23/2024, they are still sitting in my garage, they were shipped without the charging cables, extra batteries ordered and program cable. 1/17/2025 I am still waiting for the program cable. Shipping from the vender needs to be fixed and additional items needed needs to be shipped before or at the very least at the same time at the scooters.”
