“I was after a pool table, but having the pleasure of living in London I'm lucky to have a living room let along a spare room for a pool table to sit in (as much as I'd love one). To be fair I didn't even know these tables existed until I read an article on the internet, and after doing some research I came across the Amalfi. This table was a fair bit cheaper than the others, and although it's an MDF table that didn't put me off, as my small lounge needs a table that can be moved from the side of the room - where it generally lives - to the centre for dinner parties / playing pool - so a heavy slate table was out of the question. The table has a quality feel to it, plays very well as a pool table (doesn't feel like a toy) and the dining top stays well planted when we're having dinner on it - so pretty much does everything it is supposed to. Another positive (for me) is that the table looks like it won't be a nightmare to move when I get out of my current flat.”
