“Got there in the end! So we wanted a 5ft multi games table with Ping Pong Table football Powered Air Hockey Pool But Having traveled through google one didn’t seem to exist. So in typical Tim Jones fashion, I created my own! We bought the TekScore 5 ft Air Hockey & Pool table, The Strikeworth Free Kick Football table, a 5ft by 3ft Pine Table eBay, plus same size table protector, and an extendable Ping Pong net and Bat & Balls set (all off eBay) We didn’t put the legs on the Football table or the Pine Table, but we simply stack them on top when needed. The 5ftx3ft Pine table sits on top of the TekScore when not playing games to make it a useable table. It is perfect for a fun Game of table tennis with the extendable net and bat and ball set when ready to play. Table protector protects it from scratches when we want to put the football table on top. When we want to play air hockey or pool we simply lift the pine table top off. This is the perfect size and fit for our house, so couldn’t be happier with the end result. So....for the slightly negative side. Neither product is ‘premium’. I would describe them as ‘middle of the road’. Not cheap rubbish, but also don’t expect perfection! Our first TekScore table had a faulty fan and had to be replaced. Our second TekScore table had a massive hole drilled in the wrong place which clearly instead of throwing away the piece of MDF and starting from scratch they continued to build the table leaving a massive rough hole in a random (and pretty obvious) place with no screw/bolt or anything to go in it. Also this second table had large gaps between the air hockey playing surface and the edging which meant that the air hockey puck would stick in the sides instead of rebounding, so we ended up getting a second replacement table!! This meant there was a huge delay between placing our order and having a useable table. Finally we got 3rd time lucky on a replacement table. The Strikeworth Free Kick also was pretty poorly constructed. None of the grooves lined up for the playing surface and I had to chisel new ones to get the surface to fit which left some very rough edges. So why still 5 stars? Because of the customer service... In the midst of a COVID19 pandemic in a lockdown with frustrated children, and a seriously ill grandfather I was ready to blow my top at Liberty Games in sheer frustration. But I didn’t need to. They were immediately on hand, and extremely quick to respond with LITERALLY no quibble, no questions asked. The 2 replacement tables were dispatched immediately, along with a partial refund issued for the slightly shoddy (but useable) Strikeworth Free Kick. For me as a customer 5* ratings aren’t always about everything being perfect first time. Sometimes things happen that are out of a company’s control. After all Liberty Games don’t make these themselves. But they deserve 5 stars for their customer service, to respond so quickly and perfectly when they are obviously all also under the same pandemic stress as everyone else is priceless. I have to say I have only experience customer service this good on rare occasions.....and for that they DEFINITELY deserve 5 stars. Thanks for getting this sorted guys! So I can confidently say, things might not be ‘perfect’ if you purchase here, but if you do have problems they WILL be resolved, and resolved well”
