“Bought a 7’ blackball table. It’s great, hours of fun. If you want a pool table buy from here. The delivery team are fantastic, pay the installation charge you won’t regret it. The two lads that delivered and installed mine where fantastic, although they did arrive at 5:45am, yes it was still dark. 5 stars, great service, great company.”

“There appear to be some issues with the playing surface itself. On most of the pockets, but one corner pocket especially there is some kind of lip? issue. When a ball gently approaches the pocket it suddenly stops when normally from my experience it would indeed drop. On that pocket more than any other the ball even rolls back and appears to nestle into a slight depression. I cannot tell if this is a problem with the state bed or with the cloth itself. It almost looks like it's less chamfered than the other pockets... But either way, I think it needs to be addressed. Also at the one end of one of the cushions by the middle pocket, there is a lump on the top which catches the cue tip when I'm playing a tight cushion shot in that area. The table is sat on a very hard floor so I'm quite confident that it not causing any issues. But as I have never bought a new pool table before, I'm not sure if there is any sort of settling process. or they are not always as level as I was led to believe. I do feel these issues are manufacturing issues rather than damage, and thus they definitely have taken a little something away from the experience of purchasing a new pool table, or maybe I had my expectations set too high?
