“I gave up Tums over a decade ago (used during pregnancy) and use these or my essential oils for digestive help. I go through about 2 bottles in a year & they work very well. I had reflux on my last two pregnancies which lingered until I found these. If you look into the ingredients they get to the root of the issues and aren't just a bandaid like so many OTC or Rx are.”
