I got them on a Monday, began using them Tuesday, and I am still using them (today is Saturday). I have an internal infection and I plan to use these for two weeks to get rid of it. It has been 5 days and I have already seen a huge improvement, so I may not need to take them for 14 days like I thought. On Tuesday (the 1 week mark), I will begin taking prebiotics as well, to help regulate the good bacteria inside my body that the antibiotics are also attacking.
