“I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to for this product. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. Most of the time I take 3 or 4 pills first thing in the morning. I started out taking 2 just to make sure I did not have any weird side affects. I did that for 3 days then I went to 3 tabs then 4. Before these pills I had joint pain every AM and there were some days (especially before rain or temp. changes) that it was all joints hurt just moving. My max pain level was probably about a 6-7. After about a week I noticed a lessening of the pain . Now I can say the pain is minimal (2 on bad days) and those days have become less and less.
