Very sorry to hear this product isn't working for you. We do not add artificial flavors or sweeteners to our products, so this unique product comes to you in its purest form. We do suggest you do not refrigerate it, as it is a fairly thick liquid and the colder it gets, the thicker it can become. Also, consider switching from water to perhaps a juice to swallow it down. If that does not help, please consider our Collagen Peptides Powder, which is unflavored and mixes well with any drink.
