“The one thing I would share with the company is the absolute crisis of potassium deficiency. 4,500mg+ needed daily. 150mg is really disappointing from a food based product. I believe 80%+ of all heart attacks are potassium deficiency. Men dropping dead in their 20’s. It’s potassium the most important electrolyte. The #1 conductor of energy in our body. We need more potassium than anything else we consume daily. Please supplement potassium along side this product. Please eat lots of potassium rich foods and tell everyone you know. If you don’t know about potassium please study up. Save a life. Great product besides.”

You are absolutely right, Potassium is huge with regard to heart health. Most Potassium supplements suggested by Doctors are 99mg. Ours is higher as it is coming from the Veggies in this multi. Always have started to get a sore throat or cold with the other brands. I did add women's Multi Superior to protocol to help with hot flashes (just 1 a day to the 3 of the Multi).
