“This is an excellent product with greens & reds that our body needs. It has been helpful to me for weight loss as it is filling. I use it every day as it is healthy and I replace for one of my meals which is usually breakfast or in between meals when I get hungry so I don’t grab an unhealthy snack. It has helped me to lose weight along with better eating habits. The taste is great and satisfying. I mix it with unsweetened Almond milk to keep the calories to a minimal while maintaining the benefits of drinking a nutritious shake.”

“I originally gave this protein powder 2 stars because I didn't like the taste but I mixed it with water and it did taste bad, so then I gave it to my husband and he mixed it with milk and liked the taste so it's all his now, I don't need the extra calories from the milk, I only mix with water. Mary Ann, we are so sorry, the Green are Organic and for some, too earthy.. We always suggest mixing them in a smoothie, milk, or something like that. Have a blessed wknd!
