“Bought some more lights to add to ones we bought some years ago. Annoyingly is wasn’t made clear that the connectors had changed so when we came to put them up for the party we were having, they were unusable. Very frustrating and a waste of money. We will now have to order new power supplies for them to be usable.”

Hello Joanna, Thank you for your review, we are really sorry that you ordered these lights thinking they would connect onto your old Type U lights which you purchased over 3 years ago. These lights are slightly different to the ones you purchased and have different connectors meaning you would need a new power source. There is the choice between a battery box or a transformer depending on personal preference. I've just tried calling you but I'm sorry I missed you. “I ordered a specific set of lights, they came late and with no connectors. I ordered 30 m of lights and they come in 3 sets with no connections - not what they say on the tin. Poor”

Hello Jade, Thank you for your review. This 30m Bundle of Lights include 3 x 10m Warm White String Lights on Clear Cable. Due to them being connectable String Lights, they already come with the connectors on the end of each set. I'm sorry that when I tried phoning earlier you were at work and unable to answer. “The timer devise is excellent as you can set it once and not worry again. It is set for 6 hours so it will go off automatically and then switch on 18 hours later....perfect for our use over Xmas and New Year...”

“The connectable lights came with 3 sets. As each set was connected all of the lights got dimmer. So if you want faint battery operated fairy lights then these will do. They were fit for purpose (at work) but would not have them at home. Delivery was quick and they were well packaged.”
