“Disappointed. When this arrived it was well packaged and as described. Initially, all was well - the "dancing flame" is (was) effective and the glitter-covered red candle makes an attractive festive decoration. However, the "flicker" became a rapid on/off. New batteries did not improve the problem. The light has now failed completely; we have a plastic "flame" which "dances" when the candle is switched on but there is no illumination. Didn't expect such a short service life!!!”

Good afternoon Brian, Thank you very much for leaving a review. I am so sorry that you have had to get in touch in regards to your candle failing to illuminate as this should, this is very unusual. All of our products come with a one year guarantee therefore I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out for you tomorrow, this will arrive in 2-3 working days with Royal Mail.
