“I bought a new 1.5 m starter plug (plus a spare) because the previous one failed - after less than 3 years of occasional use; essentially, the lights it powered were only on over the Christmas period each year. Thus it was disappointing to have to buy a new unit. I hope that the failure was a one-off and that the new one lasts a long time before I need to install my spare!”
