Using just 2 x AA batteries (not supplied) you can expect between 30 and 50 hours illumination before you have to change them. These battery lights are static only and operate with a simple ON-OFF switch. Each LED is sealed and cannot be replaced.

“don't normally write reviews but somewhat disappointed with these lights. One set stopped working very quickly and I managed to see that a contact had come loose. Was able to solder it myself with a stronger bond so now working again. So quality of contacts is not great.”
