“When I first turned these on they flickered and I realised that there was a problem with the metal part of the connection to the battery, I did get them working for a few nights but they won't work at all now, so a waste of money.”

Hello Katy, we are sorry to learn of your disappointment with our Warm White Star Fairy Lights. If the lights are not bright it may indicate a fault with them, as they should be nice and bright when used with new batteries. I’d be very happy to send you a new string of lights with our compliments, and I can include a pack of AA batteries too.
