Each little drawer is 3cm tall and wide, so you can easily pop a little treat in each. The battery box is hidden away out of sight at the back, you can expect 60 hours of shine time from each set of batteries. The timer function automatically illuminates for 6 hours each day - now that's clever!

“Item looks good. Drawers are quite small but the size is made clear on the description. However, although there were no outward signs of damage, the lights on my advent calendar did not work. I didn't put batteries in until the day before December 1st so had no choice but to use the faulty unit as otherwise one of my children would not have had an advent calendar. Really annoyed that the unit is faulty and that I am stuck with it.”

“My toddler loves this advent calendar! He really can't keep his hands off of it & impatiently waits for the lights to come on to get his treat :) I like that it has a timer - that's a great function. I found a lot of the "snow" came off in transit, so it was a bit messy getting it out of the box. It's very stylish, but a bit smaller than I'd like. The drawers hold such small items that it's difficult finding things to put in them other than sweets (not that my son is complaining!). Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase. I'm sure my son will enjoy it for many years to come!”
